Design Precedent & Sketches

I was stuck with my Hybrid Model and its shapes to become the building. In order to break out from that rigid concept, Professor Lia help me by showing me some of the precedents which were very helpful. This is one of those precedents which changed my thinking and the way I look at my Hybrid Model. 

This is one of my favorite sketches, which I drew after looking at some of the precedents. 

Sketches & Design Process

In these sketches am trying to emerge my parti model and am trying to come up with a design where all the hotel rooms will have views to enjoy. I am further sketching to achieve my final design.

Landscape & Green Roof Precedent

Considering about green space and Sculpture Garden, I researched on Barclays Center and Searrle Art Museum. I want to use the negative space on my site, therefore, I want to have a Sculpture Garden which will continue and  become a green roof over Parking lot.

It is inspired by program collage where it shows the hotel with art gallery next to it.

It is inspired by sit impression college where it shows unfriendly environment with hope.
