These are very nice clear sketches. I can definitely see how you want to organize your building, and what it's scale is...At this moment I'm not quite sure which end of your building is pointed toward the water(perhaps a north arrow or some representation of the water would help) and the outline of your building is different than the form of your scaled hybrid model.
So keep going! and refining both your model and plan until both match up and work well. It looks like your very close to having a good well organized plan and a exciting form as well.
I understand that the pool is at the entrance of the First floor. You may consider to create a kind of floating effect of the building by integrating the pool with the building. This will be in harmony with the water theme.
